JB Falcon 4.0 1024x768 Cockpit Version .1

In late December a French Web site http://spower.free.fr released a 1024x768 wide angle cockpit. Building from that I started a revision to it, but haven't had time to finish it. If you want to work off of this, feel free. Just give me a little credit. 10_12_c.gif

JB Falcon 4.0 800x600 Cockpit Version 2

Here is my version of the art files for Falcon 4. In my opinion, this cockpit is the most realistic 800x600 cockpit currently available. The main original things that I've added are the ADI, VV, and AOA indicators to the down left and right views. All views were compared to pictures of real F-16 cockpits for more accuracy (especially for the night time look).

This cockpit is Falcon 4 1.07 compatible.

Install these files in your "\falcon4\art\ckptart" subdirectory. Please make a backup, or just rename the ckptart folder to something appropriate like ckptart_old before installing.

Straight ahead up cockpit view. Allows you to see more of the cockpit than the default view.

Straight ahead cockpit view. Main addition is the ADI indicator. The speed and altitude indicators are also much more realistic.

Straight ahead down cockpit view. Full cockpit view. The speed and altitude indicators are much more realistic.

Down right view. Notice the ADI, VV, and AOA indicators! Much better than the default cockpit. You also get a sheet with all the SAM specs that you'll be up against.

Down left view. Notice the ADI, VV, and AOA indicators! Much better than the default cockpit. You also get an airport chart.

Left view. Not much has changed here.

Right view. Not much has changed here.
